Thrive Coaching FAQ’s:

  • ADHD coaching focuses on a collaborative partnership, helping clients take strengths-based, empowered actions towards their goals. It emphasizes practical steps and future-focused strategies.

Therapy, on the other hand, uses various approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) to explore past experiences and facilitate healing, offering tools for emotional stability and coping.

Both approaches have strong evidence of helping Adults with ADHD learn to manage their life more effectively.

  • You are not ‘locked in’ to coaching. I offer packages because it is important to recognize that change take time and that we will be building a relationship over time.  If you wish to end the coaching relationship before the end of the package, you can do so.

  • Often teens and young adults are primarily focused on learning skills and strategies to improve their school performance. This is important, absolutely! but it is not the primary focus of my coaching practice.

There are a number of Academic Strategists and ADHD Coaches who specialize in supporting teens and young adults and this might be a better fit.

I have included a link below to some resources to help in your search.
