As an experienced and certified ADHD Coach, I will bring my ADHD and Executive Function knowledge and strategy expertise to the table.

As a trained Positive Intelligence™ Coach, I will listen deeply for the sabotaging thoughts that are interfering with your happiness, and I will introduce you to research-backed strategies that can help you shift your mindset to approach life’s challenges with more curiosity, creativity, and positivity!

MY CREDENTIALS and CERTIFICATIONS

I am a lifelong learner with 15+ years of training in research-backed coaching practices and ADHD science based insight and tools. Learn more below:

  • Having spent over a decade as a counselor and leader in a non-profit organization, I found myself drawn to Coach Training to assist individuals in achieving greater fulfillment in their lives. My journey led me to CTI (the Co-Active Training Institute), where I completed both the Co-Active Life Coach Training and Co-Active Leadership Training programs. From that point on, there was no turning back. These programs were not merely about acquiring skills; they were profound and transformative experiences that reshaped my life.

  • As ADHD became a household word and with a greater realization of the impact this was having on my family, I gained an interest in specializing as an ADHD Coach. I became fascinated with understanding the unique brain- wiring of individuals with ADHD and especially the impact on executive function and the emotional regulation system.

    For the past 15 years, ADHD Coaching and Training has been my passion and specialty.  I completed numerous Adult ADHD Coaching programs and became certified by the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches in 2020.

    As a life-long learner, I continue to deepen my understanding of the neuroscience and developing field of research to support my clients to make the most of their strengths and embrace their unique approach to life!

    2020 - Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) by the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches.

    2010 to Present - ADHD Coaches Organization ACO – Professional Member

    2022 - Played an integral role on the Professional Development team of the PAAC Board of Directors, rewriting the policy and procedure for ensuring a rigorous Continuing Education Program for Certified ADHD Coaches.

  • In 2024, I was certified as Positive Intelligence Coach. This powerful toolkit of highly researched, practical activities can help individuals shift from negative emotions to a more positive mindset, allowing them to live happier and more fulfilled lives.

    As I experienced the power of the Positive Intelligence framework, I saw firsthand the incredible value it added to my life. As I integrate this approach into my coaching practice, my clients experience deeper insight and improved mental fitness.
