As a Coactive Coach, I bring a passion for helping each individual I meet to connect with their values, strengths and goals to move forward, taking action that is informed and empowered. I am a trained and Certified as a Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
As a Leader, I take risks, try new things, learn from my mistakes, notice my fears, practice living with consciousness, learn new stuff - daily, explore my choices, remain aware of my impact, participate in my community, and ask for help when I need it. I am a graduate of the CTI Executive Leadership Program.
As an ADHD Specialist, I am recognized as a Professional Member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), have completed specific advanced coach training for ADHD Coaches at JST Coaching, have attended the ACO Annual Conference and the CADDAC Conference in Toronto. I participate regularly in expert webinars to stay informed about the latest research, approaches and tools in this evolving field.
I am especially passionate about neuroscience and connecting this new awareness to my coaching work. As well, I learn about strategies to understand and manage co-existing mental health conditions that often effect my clients such as anxiety, depression, and learning disabilities.
I collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists and other coaches to stay current and continuously develop new skills and new understanding of ADHD and mental health.

As a Community and Organization Leader, I have held a variety of management leadership roles in not-for-profit organizations over my 20 + year career. I have supervised complex projects, facilitated leadership and team-building groups, trained staff, consulted with community partners, and designed and implemented innovative programs for service delivery. I facilitate experiential, engaging workshops and seminars on a variety of topics.
